How can you get rid of spam on the site?

A solution from Aspro is installed on the site, the current Google Recaptcha v2 keys are registered in the admin panel, but spam continues to come through the feedback form.
In the recaptcha personal account, the notification "On your site, reCAPTCHA solutions are checked in less than half of the cases. This can lead to problems with reCAPTCHA. Additional information can be found on the site for developers."
It's just not clear why the check is performed in less than half of the cases. There are no errors in the console.
