How can you determine which program is accessing the Internet?

I ran into a situation after installing the Outpost firewall:
I noticed that many programs (kaspersky, chrome, dropbox, etc.) for some reason are breaking into the same address:
lmlicenses.wip4.adobe.com

How can you determine why this is happening and stop it? Thanks

some software from adobe is breaking to activate. Accidentally did not deceive adobe?
