How can you determine the user's activity on the computer by login?

Good afternoon, is it possible to somehow determine the user's activity by login in Active Directory, i.e. let's say having a login to find out whether the user is logged into the computer, or whether it is completed but the computer is locked.
Or maybe there is some kind of service application that could be accessed, and it returned data, for example, the user is online, or there are no actions from the user for 30 minutes, or even offline.
The Jabber client has this, when through the server you can get a picture status by login (green, yellow, red)

AD is not made for this. Yes, you can collect audit logs in the form of when logon / logoff events occurred, but more detailed logic can only be implemented by third-party software. (as in the Jabber example)
