How can you deploy your alternative to Resilio Sync (for yourself) at the expense of your server's capacity?

Hello.
I would like to deploy some Resilio Sync : a shared directory between servers in different cities, the data in which will be transferred by p2p type - I will synchronize with any change at all points with the ability to "resume" in case of problems with the Internet.
Question: can this be done without using cloud storage and similar services (Resilio Sync, Syncthing) purely due to the capacity of one of the servers?
