How can you control microtami Guyovo?
There is a pack of microts, all for management are connected to the OpenVPN server. Sometimes you need to do typical tasks, like enabling or disabling a firewall rule. How to organize it easier so that it is a button from the WEB? What ways can you go if you don't know how to program at all? I suppose you can find some kind of gui for OpenVPN or for its status file and fasten buttons that execute SSH scripts there?

Winbox or built-in web in micros - these are all standard guis.
The rest is via cli or snmp from third-party control monitors.
If the configuration of the routers is identical or almost identical, then you can. For these purposes, I use the ansible + gitlab ci / cd + gitlab runner bundle. If you need more readable output, for example, to measure the speed between mikrotiks - the output will have to be parsed by scripts, or even sent to elk.
Since Mikrotiks don't have Python, ansible is connected "through itself".
