How can Wordpress make comments on the client page for its plugin?

Greetings!
The plugin generates its own pages like "projects"
(Not in the sense of Wordpress pages and posts, the output is generated by the plugin itself) I
want to add comments for each project, standard WP tools are not designed for this.
I don’t want to reinvent the wheel, are there ready-made plugins/methods for this?
