How can ViewPager be friends with swipe of RecycleView elements?

When scrolling the pager through the elements, the element swipe often works, this happens even on a pass-through swipe without a pause when touching the screen. While isLongPressDragEnabled returns true.

hmm, you can tweak the recycler in the LayoutManager, return isScrollingEnabled false when you swipe the pager.
