How can VideoPlayer be used in the editor?

I need to take a snapshot of a frame of a video file in the editor. The video file will play in VideoPlayer. Now there is a th player with VideoPlayer and a nested th to which the render texture is assigned, which will show the video in playback. How to make a cover for this player?
