How can underage teenagers make money on Google Play?

My classmate (both 17 years old) and I developed an application for Android. I would like to create a general developer account in GP and receive money from advertising in the free version and from purchases of the paid version. How can this be done in the simplest way, preferably without adult intermediaries? The money required to register an account is available.

Register an account in the name of one of the parents

If you want no adults at all, then you can forget about the paid version, and use only the free one with built-in ads. Show ads through AdMob, and from there withdraw to WebMoney. And cashing out WebMoney will not be such a problem.
In this scheme, none of the nodes requires the age of majority.
