Can you please tell me how to automate the placement of tweets?
I need to upload a selection of the most popular Twitter accounts on a separate topic to my account or a separate site according to the headings I have chosen, while allowing me to edit the tweets themselves before sending them.
Does such a tool, software, exist now?
