How can software restriction policies allow a program to run from a user profile?

Program use policies are configured, everything that is not allowed is prohibited. In general, everything is fine except for one thing, but there is a program that is installed in the user profile (For example, along this path: C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Local \ program name \) After each update of this program, you have to update the policy, but updates come out often and this process is a bit boring. If her file was signed with a certificate, then it would allow the launch of any file with this signature, but ... there is no signature. How to allow launch on a specific path that contains the username?
PS It is not possible to change the installation location of the program.

Are you using SRP or AppLocker? And you can't specify an environment variable in the path (for example: %LocalAppData% , which is equivalent to "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local") + program name? If I understand the question correctly.
