How can several authors have their own blog on one Wordpress?

required on one site where there is already a "question-answer" topic, to add the ability for each participant to maintain their own blog (diary). Advise how to implement this ... It would be nice if there is a ready-made plugin for this :)

Try the Buddypress plugin with the Buddyblog addon. The plugin generally adds very good functionality. Something like a simplified social network. There is also bbPress, I have not worked with it, but its essence is similar.
