How can Selenium (or a JS command) prevent JS from executing after the page is loaded?
The primary reason for this task is to avoid pop-ups in order to take a normal screenshot of the page. If someone knows other ways, I will be glad to know

Depending on the browser, you can set the necessary settings to disable pop-up windows, just like in a regular browser.
