How can one device get 2 IP addresses?

Faced such a glitch:
An IMOU camera connected via WiFi suddenly began to broadcast 2 different MAC addresses and, accordingly, receive 2 different IP addresses on the network
And it is available for both, shows the same picture
Restarting the router, camera, changing WiFi does not help

And what's the problem? Usually two addresses on different interfaces. And if both interfaces look at the same network, then there will be such a "glitch". However, purely technically, it is not forbidden for any device to have two addresses, even on the same interface.
See the settings of the device itself to disable the second MAC, or just put up with it and do not use the second address, because by and large it does not bother anyone.
