How can one boot into an existing raspbian on windows?

I accidentally messed up in the /etc/network/interfaces config (I messed up in the auto eth0 line), respectively, the interface does not rise at boot, I can’t get into the axis via ssh. Available only laptop with card reader. The question is, is it possible to boot from this flash drive in some kind of emulator in order to fix the config?
Thank you!

Well, there is, of course, there is.
But why download? Plug in the flash drive, connect the partitions using the ext driver under Windows, correct the config from Windows.
But if you really want to, then google for "physical disk in VirtualBox", everything is simple there.
