How to start learning electronics for Raspberry pi 2?

I bought myself a Raspberry pi 2 toy to use as a server for testing java projects written in Spring!
I liked the toy and very much carried me into the flesh to the point that I thought about doing low-level programming!
but I never did electronics and I didn’t have much with physics!
what are the "good" resources to practice electronics?
and is it possible to learn low-level programming with web development?
ps came up with the idea to make control of any electronics via the WEB on Spring and pi4j!

You can, no one will beat you for it.
However, at most one of these areas will be related to your work, and everything else is just a hobby.
I advise you to start with Arduino, this project has a huge and most beginner-friendly ecosystem.

There is a good book Handbook of Circuit Engineer R. Koris, H. Schmidt-Walter, everything is there from a resistor to filters and voltage converters, and not much more. Mikroe does a thing and makes good boards, but there are expensive STM32 boards of the nucleo family on Amperka.ru, there are good lessons. Intel Edison and Beagle Bone Black there on javascript you can write low-level things with GPIO
