Changing the dns records dns.msftncsi.com, www.msftncsi.com, ipv6.msftncsi.com, msftncsi.com in Windows 10 did not work, maybe someone knows what dns names need to be changed, or what IP addresses block?

No matter how you block addresses, Windows will find a loophole to determine what the Internet is
. So, we have 2 options.

1 vario - Registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet
там где ссылки и названия > меняй на что хочешь (тупо спамь символы)
остальное не трогай, обрати внимание на PassivePollPeriod < этот параметр наверное надо поставить на 0 (Я так думаю (c))
с реестром у меня не заладилось, что-то пропустил так что переходим к следующему рабочему варианту
теперь отключаем проверку из других источников
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\NetworkConnectivityStatusIndicator
создаем новый параметр dword > DisablePassivePolling ставим значение на 1
Перезагружаемся

2 Varik - Group Policies

Редактор локальных групповой политики –> Конфигурация компьютера –> Административные шаблоны –>Сеть –> Индикатор состояния сетевого подключения
остальные включаем и в параметрах пишем всякую ересь
cmd.exe от имени админа > gpupdate /force (в принципе достаточно переподключить инет)
PS I think such a feature will work with the registry, especially since it can be exported and used on different machines. But I'm too lazy to check, honestly.
