Can I remotely control a computer using a touch instead of a cursor?

Very often I have to work through Remote Control from the iPhone on the computer.
How, when controlling a computer from a phone through TeamViewer, how to make it so that you can not control the cursor, but use the sensor?
I think I heard somewhere that Windows 10 supports some kind of tablet mode, some kind of gestures, or not?

on RDP - there you just pick it up as a touch or as a mouse, probably in the teamvere it's also possible, but this is not accurate.
