How can I transfer book notes in Google Play Books to Anki?

I read English books through Google Play Books, adding translations to unfamiliar words in a note. How, after reading a book, let's say, overtake all the notes in Anki? Because it's quite tedious to do it manually. Maybe someone wants to do it, like the API is present :)

And the option to change the reader to (for example) Mantano or Moon + is not considered? there, the export of notes is a completely regular and convenient function.

starting from version 3.5 of Google Books in the settings there is a checkbox for export notes in Google Drive
