Remove all third-party downloads from the site (Advertising (direct and adwords), Metrica, GA, Pixel FB, Social media widgets, Live site, etc. etc.). The necessary jQuery type or fonts should be placed on your server and not pulled from outside.
2.
Collect all scripts and styles into two files like all.js and all.css and give server-push.
3.
Place the site not on a shared hosting or VPS, but on a normal dedicated server to which you should not forget to invite a competent admin to optimize its work.
An example of my site on Bitrix (both in PageSpeed and www.webpagetest.org everything is fine):
