How can I show the IP of another country for streaming traffic without tunneling all the traffic to the VPN?

There is a receiver of one of the IPTV operators, on which it is impossible to view some channels due to regional restrictions (the IP of another must be shown). The issue is resolved by using a VPN. But by redirecting all traffic for IPTV through VPN (client on ASUS/OpenVPN router), the speed is severely cut. HD channels may not pull. Question: how can I configure traffic for IPTV on the router so that traffic does not tunnel through VPN, but simply shows the IP of the required country. In other words: pass traffic for streaming over an open channel, just by changing the IP.

The only option left is as a proxy? and is it possible to set up a proxy client on the router?

Add a route to the IPTV network via VPN. Naturally, you need a router with more advanced features than the standard one.

Do not use a VPN, use a proxy. There is no encryption in the proxy, so the throughput is much higher.
