How can I set up a separate keyboard shortcut to automatically format code on pasting?

How to add a keyboard shortcut in phpStrom to paste formatted code while the usual ctrl + v combination works as pasting unformatted code. In sublime this is done with shift+ctrl+v in phpStrom can be configured to only ctrl+v paste formatted or not. How to create a combination, I often use both methods.
