How can I set the font size for Putty via bat?

Hello!
I use the following batch file to connect to ssh

start "" "c:\Program Files\PuTTY\putty.exe" -ssh MY_HOST -P 22 -l root -pw MY_PASSWORD

How can I set the font size for Putty via bat so that I don't have to adjust it every time I connect?

set appearance to default settings in putti and all new sessions will be with the desired font.
