I noticed on the Yandex webmaster that my TIC has dropped to zero, in the webmaster panel I will get the following message.

Although I did not post any links to other sites.
What could be the problem?
Can I somehow see which sites my site links to and from which pages?

Drive the site through Screaming Frog SEO or through Xenu. All outgoing links will be visible there.
