How can I scan hardware in Linux to display information about it?

I ask you to forgive my possible incorrectness of the question. It is often seen that when selling hardware, people scan their HDDs or RAM sticks with different software, where you can see how good this piece of hardware is used, how much the disk “fell”, etc.
My question is precisely this, how can I scan hardware from under Linux to complete the picture?
I would also like to know something like cpu-z, but under linux, which will collect all the information about the hardware and display the names \ characteristics. It is the graphical representation that is important, because few will understand the output of the console lscpi.
Thanks

For memory testing use memtest, for disks smartctl. MHDD and Victoria in the end, but this is no longer linux.
General information about hardware - `lshw -short`. You can find a graphical interface for it. Google suggests lshw-gtk/lshw-gui.
