How can I revive the account of the agency (and my resp.) on Upwork?
Hello colleagues!
Tell me, does it make sense to continue to maintain (or how can I reanimate) such an agency account on upwork or can it be safely thrown out along with mine (in fact, there is no difference)?
Just to describe what an Agency account is:
- 75% Job Success
- Current Jobs: 1
- Total Jobs: 15
- Current Members: 3
- Total Hours: 18
- Total Earned: $10k+
- 15 reviews (2 unfair negative reviews from one and the same inadequate client)
- there are different ratings - both 5.0 and 1.45, 3.4, 4.85, 4.3, 4.65
I don’t know how important this is and whether it will save the situation, BUT there will be another review on the way for a large long-term contract (more than 1.5 years) with a large budget. I hope the review will be positive, although we decently endured the antics of this client and did not abandon him in difficult times. Even if after this review JS reaches (suppose) up to 90%, is it possible to live with such ratings and reviews further?

Easily. Moreover, over time, bad ratings will fall out of the rankings.
