How can I restore the SVG animation after applying the appendChild method?

There is an SVG element with animation settings ( example )
However, if you apply the appendChild method to the SVG element (or the HTML element in which the SVG element is located) (thus moving it to the content of another HTML element), then the animation stops working ( example ).
