What exactly didn't work?
If you want via csv || xlsx, then use the WP All Import
plugin itself - https://www.wpallimport.com/
woocommerce add-on - https://www.wpallimport.com/woocommerce-product-import/
Another option is to use the Woocommerce REST API. Write a script or use a library and add products through the REST API.
