How can I "Put each file in a separate archive" in addition to winrar'a?

Actually, the subject, in winrar there is a very useful function on the Files tab - "Place each file in a separate archive", i.e. when selecting a bunch of files or folders and archiving them with this option, they are all placed in separate archives.
I did not find this option in 7zip and IZArk, is it really only in winrar?
