How can I parse the playing time of individual instruments in an audio file?

What a difficult task and I have no understanding of which direction to move.
What I need:
- Extract exact timings like drums or guitars from a song.
How to do it, hell knows, break the track into pieces and create a neural network that will determine whether the drums are playing at the fifth second, xs.
I ask for help in guiding me on the right path, any libraries in any language, everything that can help me solve this problem, the very concept of how this can be done, everything will be VERY USEFUL for me!

I'm not a neural networker, but I would simply collect patterns of different instruments (spectrograms) and look for similar patterns on the spectrogram of the composition.
