How can I parse a third party site without rss?

Good afternoon,
The original site is in yii using angularjs , but it probably doesn't matter.
it is necessary to receive data from a third-party site that does not have an rss feed. How to do it better? Only the thought comes into my head - connect the page through IFRAME and somehow collect the contents of the markup elements (tables) into an array.

If there is nothing but HTML markup, then HTMLDomParser will help.

I'll just leave this here.
simple php html dom parser - easy to use, all selectors look like jquery selectors.
Work through objects. Those. parsing a site with this library is not difficult.

Maybe this is not the best option, but you can give the block itself a border of the desired color, and attach protruding tails with the absolute through pseudo-elements, so the block will stretch and the design will not break.
