We need an SS7 connection to provide sms routes to our partner.
How can this process be organized?
Can it be done without Global Title ? And if not, how can you get it?

It all depends on who "you" are. Are you an operator organization that terminates incoming SMS to mobile devices? Are you an intermediary between the mobile operator and the "partner" (you have an IP connection with the operator, but the "partner" requires SS7 from you)? Are you the same partner and your mobile operator requires you to connect via SS7?
