Interested in the question, how can you manage your WebMoney Classic wallet through the API?

They have XML interfaces, but even the interface for getting the balance of wallets requires “registration” in technical support as a service (website).

What other options are there? How, having a key and knowing the password from it, manage wallets?

Researched this issue. No way. Did through xml-api.
Moreover, there is even an official key to pick open, you need to take a program that will turn it into an ordinary integer for a signature.
ps my information could be outdated by 3-4 years.
