How can I make the percentages (93% 95%, etc.) move along with the separators (black vertical lines) on the graph when the browser window is narrowed?

There is a block with graphs in which there are 5 bars with percentages (on gradients), the problem is that when layout is adaptive and when the browser window is narrowed, the percentage numbers move closer to the text to the left, but should remain clearly above the separators at any size of the browser window. How can I make the percentages (93% 95%, etc.) move along with the separators (black vertical lines) on the graph when the browser window is narrowed?
