But with usb printers ... they need to be shared over the network, the thing is that the network works like everything else for small soft ones, I already have no strength, I tried about 10 network setup guides, the only thing that I did not do was a home network ...
all computers with win 10, working group WORKGROUP everywhere.
Network discovery enabled , password protected access disabled.
If you go online on the PC to which the printers are connected, then your PC and all printers are visible, so it remains only to see this one on the PC network, but no matter what I did, this does not happen.

Yes, everything works fine for them, if we are not talking about Windows 10, there are problems with it.
Check if the properties of the network connection - the client for Microsoft networks and the file and printer access service.
