How can I make the Image in the canvas be taller than any other Objects?

I specifically put a strip of xp near the ship, so that you can see that the strip is below and the ship is blocking it.
I need to make the stripe be on top of any other objects. How can I do it?

Redefine the sort level for the second canvas.

Set the Z position to -10 or something like that. You have 0, so the ship can block the strip. If this does not help, then most likely a unity bug, you need to try reinstalling
