How can I make sure that the IDE in the change sheet does not show the change in the line feed?

How can I make sure that the IDE in the change sheet does not show the change in the line feed. It's just that the framework (SF) itself generates models and there it makes the line feed different from the repository. Committing a bunch of files every time is not very good. It would be convenient if I would add these files to the change list 'no commit' and commit only those that actually changed.
Or is there some other way to resolve this issue?
