How can I limit the use of my desktop application (.exe) only to those who are registered on my site (what does it look like approximately?)?

Good day, toaster and toaster) I can’t google - what is the correct name for “this” in order to see - approximately how to implement “this” (at least in a simple way). Bottom line: there is an application for WIN and I want (ideally) that the user registered on my site can use my application (for this, he downloads it for himself and installs it) ... and if he breaks the "rules" or something else or it is not registered - so that the program does not start? It would be great if every time after a successful entry (by the user in the program) of the login and password, the dll (mine) was downloaded remotely, implemented and the program started ... after which, the user closes the application (the downloaded dll was deleted) ... i.e. .
(P.S. is this topic partly about dynamic loadable assemblies??)
Tell me ... where can I (approximately) read / see the code about this?
p.s.s. Interisuet from the side of the application .. and not the site ...
psss . the work of the application itself is not connected with the site ...

If it’s quite simple, then I would make a request to the site indicating the user’s login after logging in and the returned string from the site (access / no access) for this user. Protection against a fool and easily breaks if desired.

That is, a user somewhere in roaming will spend money and time downloading a dll every time the program is launched. Moreover, as many times as he runs the program. If the program also spontaneously crashes from time to time ... there will be a song ...
