How can I level the resource load in Project without changing the timing?

The project has a convenient function of automatic resource load leveling, but with this leveling, it leaves the duration and labor costs unchanged, but the deadlines for completing tasks are shifted. I need to equalize the load of the resource in such a way that the timing of the tasks does not change, and the employment of the specialist per day on each of the parallel tasks is leveled so that he does not work on the day of the established standard hours.
Example:
There are 4 tasks, all tasks start with a delay of 1 day.
If you use the standard alignment, then it will make sure that all tasks will go sequentially, in a waterfall model.
It is necessary that the set start and end dates do not change, but the workload of a specialist for each task has decreased, that is, on the first day he works on the first task for 8 hours, on the second day on the first and second for 4 hours, on the third day for 2.6 hours on 3 tasks, on the 4th day 2 hours on 4 tasks, then 2 hours on all tasks until one of the tasks ends if they do not end at the same time.

You want a lot of sophistication. Why not set fixed effort but manual duration? If you want to be smarter with automatic scheduling, then you need to assign your own calendar to the task. There is such a thing in the task options, and it is played with% load.
