Hello, I need help. I took up Python relatively recently and was able to create a chat bot. It responds to a greeting and a few commands, in principle, the group is no longer needed. But relatively recently I noticed that some groups can send notifications in messages. I would like to do the same. Can you tell me if this is feasible? And if so, how?

You take and you send the message to the list of users in a cycle, specifying on 100id. You can use execute and multiple tokens to make it faster.
