How can I give access to certain cameras connected to the DVR via the local network from the DVR?

There is a DVR with cameras connected to it. It is necessary to send, say, "operator2" images from camera 5.
One thing is clear: it is necessary that the dvr is connected to the local network, there is a computer with installed CMS (software for working with DVRs (I don’t know if this is true or not)) and the computer of operator2 was also connected to this network.
How to do it? which CMS to choose?

In the DVR, create a new user - (Operator 2) and give him the rights to view a specific camera. Install the CMS on the operator's computer and enter the data from Operator 2 there. It's quite simple, but as mentioned above - it all depends on whether your DVR provides the ability to issue rights to a specific camera...

I recommend CMS Novicam.
In order to differentiate access rights to view streams and view video archive from certain cameras, in the DVR settings you need to:
1) add a user account, set a login (eg, user1, etc.) and a password;
2) check the boxes next to the cameras, access to which will be provided to the user;
3) apply the settings and reboot the DVR.
