How can I get rid of the error in instantCMS v1.10?

Not long ago I installed this engine, downloaded video tutorials and began to create menus.

Enabled in the settings: Enable debug mode:

Checked both on local server and uploaded to hosting ... checked on different browsers - cant be the same. WHO KNOWS HOW IT IS TREATED??!
