How can I get rid of annoying spam mailings (advertising)?

Hello, I have a problem here, more precisely, for half a year now, and I don’t know what to do with it. In general, the problem is that I receive various advertisements from an unknown source and there is no way to turn them off. I watched a lot of videos on YouTube, but there messages (spam) came from a clear source and were turned off by clamping and removing messages. I tried to do this, but I just removed Chrome messages, which in the end did not help, and after the second (spam) the slider is active again. Help me, please, because they are very annoying and annoying, and it’s also a shame to give someone a phone because you don’t know what they will send at that moment :)

It's all about the included notifications from sites in your browser. It is enough to do the following for Chrome: Settings -> Site Settings -> Notifications. There will already be a list of sites that have access to notifications, it remains only to deny them access)
