There is a file uploaded by the content manager - filename.zip, which lies in /upload/iblock/495
How can I find out exactly where it is used?

1) getting file IDs with a filter by name
selecting registered files in the system

2) most likely uploaded to the infoblock, we are looking for which element by ID file

3) If the page is static, then the link is loaded there
