How can I find out what ports an HP printer uses when communicating with a mailbox to print letters?

There is an MFP device www8.hp.com/ru/ru/products/printers/product-detail...
Connected to the local network via static IP, given full Internet access via Kerio. It is necessary that when sending an email from a tablet or computer, the printer prints it as soon as it sees it on its mailbox. The box is registered and configured. The problem is that the printer does not connect to its box (apparently there is not enough access). If you set DHCP, he immediately connects, sees the letters on the box and prints them out. How to track which routes or ports it needs to work?

Perhaps the problem is not with the ports, by the way, which ones does it use - have you tried looking at the logs on Kerio? If you find out, write here
DHCP gives, in addition to the IP host, other important options, such as default gateway. did not forget to enter it on the printer?
