How can I find out the total amount of data written to the SSD?

Using the standard gnome-disks utility in SMART, the value of the total-lbas-written N/A parameter
can somehow calculate how much information is written per session/day of work. ?
SSD Smartbuy Splash 3 [SB120GB-SPLH3-25SAT3] PS
on
the advice of Dymok ,
downloaded HD Sentinel
, I see the hex value of the desired parameter
241 Total Host Writes 10 100 100 0000000000B3
in decimal it's 179, I understand that it's not megabytes, is it 179 GB?
