How can I find out the name of the file with this code by the page code on the site?

The question may seem confusing, I will explain in more detail.
For example, I installed WordPress on my localhost, added a theme, looked at the site and wanted to change something somewhere.
The question is this: without knowing the structure of wordpress templates or any other CMS, you need to find out in which file to look at the code of this page. Interested in the names of plug-ins for browsers or third-party programs. I know Dreamweaver looks for styles when selecting an HTML block in the editor, but it needs something to highlight the code in .php or .tpl files, where the specified page elements are displayed

I will answer as paid.
There is CSS. And if you know him well. That is possible without changing the structure of the html file to kill the style and fit it for yourself.
CTRL+SHIFT+I and then CTRL+SHIFT+C, select the block and edit. Where is CSS located? Also there you will find go to ftp and edit css. Those. copy and paste.
And if you edit the html structure itself (.php or .tpl ), then only studying the CMS itself will help.
And a real web developer only needs a notebook.
No plug-ins and additional software, only HARDCORE!!! (unless it's notepad++ with emmet of course :) )

@Wexter

in chrome, open dev tools (f12), open the Elements tab, select the desired element and a list of applied styles with the file name and line number in the file will appear on the right

Didn't find what you were looking for?
