How can I find a linux development mentor?

Good time!
I am a C++, QT programmer. I am 25. I mainly write application software for devices related to signal processing.
I want to retrain as a linux application programmer, write kernel modules, my own drivers, etc. Feel like a fish in water in the linux ecosystem. I have read some books on linux, but they are either simple or very complex. such that gradually enter into development at the kernel level, I saw only Robert Love, in the book "The Linux Kernel". But again, he could not overpower her. Somewhere after the third it became quite difficult and I switched to current tasks.
Once I really liked the article from Habr from the series "Passion for Programming".It said "We learn by teaching" and "... just as you can find a mentor and get help, you can be of benefit as a mentor to someone else."
I also have some skills and would gladly pass them on to a person who really needs them.
If there are people who have the opportunity to share their professional skills in application development under linux, let's try?
Thank you for your participation! Have a nice day, everyone:)

There are some books that I did not even master the third time.
Learning is an iterative process.
You have to practice...
There are more chances to find a mentor anyway, only indirectly, through books, articles. And mostly in English. There is much more material in English than in Russian. And Russian sources are 2 ... 3 years behind at best.
Plus, study the source code on github and other sites.

I think you need to get acquainted with the kernel developers kernelnewbies.org/ML
