There is a Bitrix box with data of Leads, Deals, Contacts, Tasks.
Is it possible to upload an array of this data, keeping the links, using the Bitrix API methods?
Or is it easier to immediately write an sql query, get an array and already work with it?

Is there an API for getting a list of leads, deals, etc.? Yes, there is.
Is there an unloading API? No.
It will be a long request, because only to unload the task without comments, but in time tracks, history, users will need to use at least 5 tables, and in CRM it is even more.
