How can I disable the opening of the left sidebar in Adobe Reader that pops up when opening a PDF document?

This self-opening thing is very annoying, I tried to fight with a reg file, but it does not help:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AcroExch.Document.DC\shell\Read\command]

PS. Other PDF viewers are not very good, so I would like to finish this one.
